Skype is one of the most popular VOIP client that allows communication “peer to peer with other people using the Internet connection. Here you will come to know how to run the Skype program from a USB device and bring the application wherever you go.
To make Skype portable:
1. Download portableskype.zip (created by Rob Loach) and remove the USB device or pendrive.
2. Download Skype and run the installer.
3. Search Count Skype.exe file was installed, typically C: \ Program Files \ Skype \ Phone \ Skype.exe.
4. Copy Skype.exe to a folder “Skype” in the pendrive.
5. From now on wherever you are, use the USB PortableSkype.exe file to open the program.
To uninstall Skype from the PC:
Click on Start / Run, type appwiz.cpl. Then OK and proceed with the process of destination.
